We help individuals, more specifically young people (whether they have a diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree, any another qualification or need guidance on the field to choose), with their job search, CVs, motivation letters, career options, interviews, identifying and capitalising on their strengths and resolving any issues which might prevent them from achieving their goals and objectives and building their confidence.

Our HR services have been developed to help you focus on your core business while we get your people to contribute fully to your organisation by giving them the right tools.
We different packages, including tailor-made ones, which clients may choose from based on their requirements.
1. Consultancy Service – HR Audit followed by focused recommendations.
2. HR Outsourcing – The whole or part of the HR functions may be outsourced to us.
3. HR Projects – We can set up a PMS, or any other function and hand over to you for daily management.
4. Payroll Outsourcing – We handle your payroll while you focus on your core activities.
5. Application Service Provider – We host the software and give you usage rights. Applications can be for Records Management, Payroll Administration, and Time & Attendance etc.

Nelina has 18 years experience in Human Capital Management and has successfully trained millennials to achieve their goals and objectives. Bilingual (English and French) and holder of a Masters in HR, she has worked in various sectors and has acquired hands-on knowledge and skills in virtually all areas of Human Capital Management. Her 14 years as a Lecturer in tertiary institutions has made her an expert in handling young people while they navigate their studies and look for a job. Nelina deems that each client is a privileged client; no two individuals have the same aspirations and this is why she adopts a distinct approach for each one of them. She ensures that each one of her client gets the VIP attention they deserve and leave each session having learnt something new. Her approach is focused on pushing you to do more as she strongly believes that it is when you are pushed to your limit that you realise what your true potential is. Be prepared to get out of your comfort zone!
